Moving In/Out

All Move Ins (New Owners & New Renters) MUST schedule an Orientation with the Resident Manager prior to any move ins. This allows Management to welcome you and go over Community operations and move in fees.
For safety and security a copy of all lease agreements are presented for New Renters. A copy of the Sale certificate is presented by New Owners.
Management will need to obtain Contact Information from New Owners and New Renters for both the HOA and Property Management.
Management will go over Rules & Regulations, The HOA Declaration, and provide New Owners and Renters with copies.
Management will go over the Move In procedures, parking, schedule loading zones, and utility information.
Management will go over the Communities safety and Security awareness.
