Weeds - The Parc On Summit

I realize that we're not putting any extra money into the planter areas at this point due to the pending construction but would it be too much to have the weeds in those areas pulled? The weeds are 3 plus feet tall in the area next to the south patio, I think it would look nicer to have bare dirt there rather than the jungle of weeds.
