Concerned about sunlight coming in the windows on CDs. Recommend keeping any collection out of sunlight. UV protection exists on the windows.
Storage lockers. Should have one storage locker per unit. No record of storage locker assignments. This is an ongoing project for the Parc to determine who has what storage and reapportion appropriately.

Elevator flooring has been completed.
Roof furniture
Megan is looking into tables and chairs and BBQs for the roof now that it has been approved for use by the fire department.
North Tower water remediation. 2.5 weeks estimate until walkways are completed. North elevator - Was out of service for 3 months. Insurance has paid us for these repairs.
Last loan withdraw is completed. Alin feels we are about 70k under budget.
